I am delighted to be able to share with you more details of the fantastic activities that are planned for you at NORJAM.
Scouts & Guides…
Activities are what makes a jamboree.
Every day you will have an action packed daytime programme to keep you busy & in the evening you can chill at the cinema or for the older participants, go clubbing!
Over 100 activities & attractions are in the mix to make this jamboree one that you will remember forever.
Over the coming months, I will add more detail to each zone - but click on the ACTIVITY ZONES to read whats planned for your entertainment now...
I have been a Scout Leader for 15 years, attending seven different jamborees over the years & running a subcamp at the last two NORJAM's with Valley of the Kings in 2006 & Eco-T in 2010.
I understand that preparing for jamboree is a busy time for you & knowing what is going on with activities is important for you in your planning so I aim to keep you as informed as I can.
A team of 28 zone managers are working hard planning this event & we will have over 600 staff during the week of the jamboree ensuring the activities directorate runs smoothly.
In January I will release the 1st 'Leaders pack of Information' to help with your planning, but in the meantime what do you need to look at to get started...
CAMP IN CAMP - 50 participants per day will be transported to the Queens private estate at Sandringham where they will experience bushcraft & survival activities click on the Camp in Camp link to find out how to apply.
Looking forward to seeing you at NORJAM - but for now make sure you browse the ACTIVITY ZONE links regularly.
